Polimoda’s Career & Company Relations Office is a point of reference for companies in the industry and serves as a bridge between the academic and professional worlds.
The office organizes various activities and services for companies, with the aim of promoting recruiting activities and fostering mutual understanding of both the company and academic values.
In particular, the following activities are organized: applied projects, educational visits and workshops, internships, talent search, as well as professional training.
Applied projects
Applied projects are educational projects in collaboration with companies, agencies, brands, associations or institutions, where students collaborate under the supervision of faculty members.
The aim of these projects is to provide students with specific professional skills through interaction with industry professionals and involvement in real-life work scenarios. Such projects represent an excellent opportunity for companies to receive innovative input from a creative and international generation, and also serve as a chance for recruiting and promoting their values, products and corporate mission.

Educational visits and workshops
Polimoda also organizes field trips and workshops with companies, aimed at providing its students with opportunities to visit corporate and manufacturing sites. Moreover, lectures featuring industry professionals are arranged, providing insights and experience from the sector to foster academic growth.
Internships
Companies have the opportunity to connect with the new generations of creative minds and select profiles that match their specific needs. Polimoda manages the activation procedures of the internships and organizes recruiting and networking events such as Career Days, dedicated to meeting and engaging with students and the selection of talents
Talent search and selection
The Talent search and selection service is an opportunity for companies seeking highly qualified professionals in the fields of fashion and luxury. The Career & Company Relations Office collects job offers from companies and carefully selects suitable candidates among its alumni according to the required qualifications.
